The SAPEVO-M-NC Method

This article aims to present with more details, the multicriteria decision aid SAPEVO-M-NC (Simple Aggregation of Preferences Expressed by Ordinal Vectors - Non-Compensatory Multi Decision Makers). It is a new version SAPEVO-M method, an ordinal, non-compensatory nature and possibility acting multiple makers. As result, method provides information on partial weights, indicating relative importance criteria for each makers, dominance values two evaluations performance alternatives: one, which considers absolute indices, being used assess existing relationships; global rates alternatives, making it possible order them as well carry out sensitivity analysis observed performances, reflecting in greater transparency decision-making process.
